When the transaction closes, it will create Real REMAX Group, a leading technology-enabled global real estate platform. The combined company will be a more innovative, more productive and more connected real estate ecosystem that will generate substantial long-term value for our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, nothing is changing. Today’s news does not impact how we work together. My commitment to you remains exactly the same, and I am still your primary point of contact. have as a combined company in due time. Once the transaction closes (currently expected in the second half of 2026), I will be backed by a stronger real estate ecosystem that will help improve the client
